General Building Maintenance
Buildings need to regularly inspected to determine if there are any parts that require maintenance to ensure a safe working environment for people that stay or work in it. This mostly includes checking and replacing light bulbs, floor tiles or board, ceiling, door hinges and knobs, structure pillars and supports. The process for this is usually a maintenance worker will audit the building’s environment to see what needs servicing and then have crews move in and perform maintenance on the area.
